Digital Story Telling

After our Digital Story Telling project, I thought it might be helpful to put some DST info in my blog - who knows, somebody else might be reading!! The Center for Digital Storytelling is a good place to start. There are some excellent resources on this site - you can watch examples of stories, get resources for DST development and other great helps and resources. Another excellent source is the website of Jason Ohler. Ohler is the author of the text used for my technology intergration class at University of West Georgia, and is considered one of the foremost experts in digital storytelling. To build a DS, you will need a software like one that is included with most newer computers, Movie Maker by Microsoft. Click on the Movie Maker link to take you to a tutorial. Go, Create, Have Fun!!!
